Incomplete options for majic wand tool in PS 3

After selecting majic wand I see new, add and subtract (no intersect), brush, sample all layers and auto enhance. I do not find tolearnce, anti-alais or contigous. Using EP pro and have oodles of ram

Try resetting the tool from the little drop-down menu.
