Went to 10 or so sites. Found what I want.
They say there were free
Then….. They want money!
aaagh!
It takes from 10 to 500 hours to create a font. People tend to want to get paid for that kind of expenditure of time (especially the better fonts with the longer time frames).
I design custom fonts. Want one? They start at $5000, and that’s basically a loss-leader. It’s a big deal to do it right, which is why the free stuff doesn’t.
