I suppose it’s buried pages down and I’m tired so……

Plastic Wrap Filter For ‘Oily Skin’

This webcam photo has other manipulations, but to get sort of an oily skin look I used this:

Duplicate layer

Plastic Wrap Filter set with all sliders all the way to the right.

Layer blend mode set to Multiply

Lighten by using Dodge Tool

There is also a KPT filter called Equalizer that will do this, I got it as a free plugin from Meta-Creations.

Good luck finding it for free anymore, though. It was free when it first came out as a standalone plugin, but now it’s packaged with KPT 6 and maybe KPT 7.
