Question:

What is used to make generated text "shine?" I am not talking about like the lens flare effect, just a shiny surface, with nearly white or so highlights.

I have looked through my books, this forum, etc. and can find no reference to it. I wonder if I am not using the wrong terminology.

If someone could please just point me in the right direction, I will probably be OK.

I just don’t know where to start…
