Am looking at the book called Photoshop 7 Fast & easy. Looks like the kind of book I am looking for, but wanted to see what others have to say about it and/or if there was something with similar format but with more info and better setup. What I like is the way it is quick and to the point. Also like the layout as well. Plus it does have so much to read and comes out as more of a hands on type thing. Can folks here please provide me with some input? Thanks.

Did you check it in Amazon.com? There tend to be a lot of user reviews of books in it.
