is there an automated way once you create a tween to save the individual transitional frames……?
its quite time consuming having to go to each frame and choose File\Export original

Not sure if this is what you need but if you save the animated gif then you can extract the frames from the saved file with Irfanview

that’s what i’m trying to avoid, i find that the quality in the gifs are quite poor, i am rendering individual frames of a 3d animation so i can alter frames of the scene intividually and also create some tweens for transitions between scenes. all frames are saved as tiffs at present "broga" <ian’@(remove to e-mail)micromountain.com> wrote in message

I’ve got a couple of actions I use for extracting layers to files. I’ve posted them on my website. They’re a bit unsophisticated but they do work if you use them carefully.

Try this link – they’re only small downloads – one’s a text file with instructions the other’s the action file
http://www.micromountain.com/dloadfiles/psactions.htm

Let me know if they work for you.
