Missing color settings file - PS CS

I just installed Photoshop CS and, while loading the program, I receive a message that says "Could not synchronize the color settings because the color settings file could not be found." Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Thanks..........

Probably the CS suite tries to sync with itself.
If you only have PS
then just go in and set your color settings to
the way you work.
