How to open old (PS3) Photoshop files?

I've got a bunch of old Photoshop files from version 3 (the have the .ps3 suffix) that I'd love to be able to open.

Does anyone know of a tool, application or procedure that would allow me to open these old Photoshop files?

(besides an old computer with an old copy of Photoshop 3)

Just remove the '3' from the extension. They are PostScript files.

Changing the suffix to ".ps" allows me to open them with Illustrator. Nice simple solution.

You can also drag and drop the files onto Photoshop if you'd rather edit them as bitmaps.
