Plugin Viewer???

A friend of mine just sent me a CD with some plugins for Photoshop on it…the problem is, is that it has over 1000 plugins on it and I do not want to install all of them into Photoshop.

Does anyone know if there are any plugin viewers out there so I can see what the plugin does before installing it?
