Browser problems concerning Photoshop CS

When I have Photoshop CS open and click the Help or Updates or Photoshop Online links under help, a browser window opens and shows the word LOADING. Nothing else happens.
I use BT Yahoo browser with Internet Explorer 7. Does anyone know what the problem is please
