In replacing my computer and upgrading to Photoshop Elements 3, I lost a plug in what let me put nice looking borders around photographs. I can’t seem to find anything in PE3 that will do what I want to do. PE2 has a provision for borders in "Print Preview", but not in PE3.
Am I missing something or do I need a plug in. Not looking for something too fancy, certainly not those I see for $200.
