Plug-in problem

I have PSE 5.0. Installed a plug-in called buZZSimplifier….can’t find it. When I used V 4.0 it was at the end of the filter list.
Not there now even though I installed it twice.
Any ideas?

First, where did you put it in PE5? Also, besides the Filter list did you check on the top right side where the other things are kept like the brushes and effects?

Look again in the pull down menus, but this time look in all of them. It has to be there somewhere. Remember if its a new plug-in and you did install it properly its there somewhere. LOL
