I’m not sure I understand this link. When I went to it, "virtual photographer" was listed. Clicking on "index" brought me to a variety of plug-ins. I assume all of these are safe. (Right?)
And once you download them, where do you put them and where, in Elements, will they show up?

I believe this is the same one that Barbara Brundage shared with us last week in this thread: <http://tinyurl.com/5yfey>

Ya musta missed it, eh? XD

Here’s another link I found to the same plug-in: <http://www.optikvervelabs.com/default.asp>

BTW, it really is a wonderful plug-in! It’s kind of cool to see the the different filter effects on the butterfly.

P.S. I used the "Spice" filter from this on my third photo challenge entry.

It is quite an amazing plugin which adds qualities of film images to digital…and free!

I installed this last week and it is great. Instructions for installation are accessed near the top just below the install button. It shows up in Elements at the bottom of the filters list.

Kenny,
Click on ‘download’ on the bottom of the page following Grant’s link. That gets you to the page of Patti’s link. Under ‘Free Download’ is a link to the instructions. 😉
