PS CS3 vfzcore.dll file missing on loading

After 3 reinstalls PS CS3 won’t load without an error message siting that a vfzcore.dll file is not found. I hit enter and the program loads, but am wondering why this continues to happen. Exploring the CD shows no such file.

Appreciate any suggestions…

Thanks, Tom! I reinstalled my Extensis pxl Smart Scale and the error message disappeared. Yipee! Unfortunatley, the plug in remains
‘greyed-out’ and unusable with many attemtps to uninstall and reinstall.

Any tips on that?
