Hello!
I am getting the following error message when trying to use the "help" function in CS2. I have followed all the suggestions in Faq’s and have reinstalled the product with "repair". I have also gone into preferences and increased memory from 55% to 80% (couldn’t think of what else to try.)
Please don’t advise me to repeat the fixes in Faq or knowledge database. I’ve already done it…twice
