Do you have Photoshop? What version? Post samples of the pictures you are dealing with at: <http://www.pixentral.com/>
Post the addresses you get there so we can see what you are working with… or go to: <http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/cutout/cutout.htm> and
<http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/masking/masking.htm> to learn how..
P.S. Thanks for not shouting and being rude..

Everything you need to learn how to isolate parts of images and move them around and from one window to another in order to make composites can be found by reading the thread at the following link, and by exploring and working through the tutorials offered. There are a lot of them, and you should be able to find something that’ll suit your learning style:

Once, just once, I’d like to see an extract tutorial that doesn’t have a nice clean background that makes it oh so easy to remove the object in the foreground. And the foreground object doesn’t have a simple, clearly demarcated outline.

Oh, to see a extract tutorial with a real-world picture with a complex foreground object against a complex background.

and

P.S. Thanks for not shouting and being rude..
