You know those black and white portraits in the Wall Street Journal? They look so "newspapery". How would I take a portrait of someone and make it look like that using Photoshop CS?

TWSJ illustrations are done by hand, with pen and ink. They are called "hedcuts", and were developed by artist Kevin Sprouls. See <http://sprouls.com/> and <http://www.nolinovak.com/index2.html>
