I want to make a collage of my kids pictures in 1 photo. Suggestions on how to do this???

Collages are relatively easy in Elements. Start with a new background and paste "selections" of your kids on various layers. Resize, adjust tone and color, and you’re golden.

However, if you have something that says it’s "version 4.0" you don’t have Photoshop Elements. Maybe Photoshop LE?
