I want to take any image and make it look like cel shaded games. Or, do i have to print the image, and color over it with crayons, and then scan it again?

Dennis, I see you bumped this up, but I think the problem might be that people aren’t sure what you’re asking. I know I’m not. There aren’t many (any?!) gamers on this forum regularly, so your description might need more detail, is there someplace you can post an example of what you’re talking about?

Found the above doing a search for "cel shading photoshop" without the quotes. You might also search for "cel shading plug-in."
