Hi,
I am new to Photoshop Elements 2 so bare with me.
I have a B&W picture that was in a frame but somehow got water stained on the lower half. The only thing I could find on removing stains said to use the RGB filters to see which layer was not damaged. Then covert that layer to Black and White. All layers are damaged so that will not help me. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Is it permissible to attach a picture to a post so that people could see what I am talking about?
Thanks
Sam Roe
