I’ve created a .grd file in preset manager. However, when I click more in Preset Manager Gradients, the .grd file does not appear in the drop-down list. What am I doing wrong? Also is there a good tutorial about using preset manager and adding your own gradients?

Bill,

Did you actually save the gradient file? …. this fooled me in the beginning as I thought that creating it was enough but everytime I moved to something else it vanished.

If you did save it then check that it is still there by looking at the files themselves (Mine are in Applications) and look at Adobe Photoshop2>Presets>Gradients.

For a tutorial on creating gradients try < http://www.tiemdesign.com/HOWTO/2003/April/PSCustGrads/defau lt.asp>
