Photoshop Flash color issue

Hi – We are having a problem with images in Flash that are saved from Photoshop CS. When we place the jpg in flash it looks about 75% lighter than it actually is. When we place the exact same image directly into Dreamweaver and preview it, it looks fine. It only seems to happen with Flash.

Any advice would be helpful.
