Action to add file name to image?

Hi,

I wish to have file names on the face of my images (similar to a watermark) for online proofing.

I have a photoshop action for adding text to the face of the image, adding a glow to the edges and blending layers and then flattening and saving as JPEG. This if fine for text that doesn't change from image to image, but I can't figure how to do the file name.... any ideas?

What version? There's a script for that for 7 and CS.
