Error opening Photoshop CS

Each time I open Photoshop I get the message:

"Could not import the clipboard because an unexpected end of file was encountered"

Is there a way to get rid of those message.

If you do a forum search you should find a Topic about this problem. I believe it was traced to a background application that was running.

something to do with an outlook express automation plugin or some such, iirc, right len?
