I’m trying to ad a stroke to an object and am wondering if there’s a way to do this specifically. I want have a dotted line going around the selection. The best way is to do the Path>Stroke Path method, but when the line make a turn the dotted line still goes in the same direction and does not turn. Drawing with the brush by hand the line turns like it should. My question is, is there a way to do the Path>Stroke Path and have the brush change direction? The shapes I want the line around are not simple and following the line free hand is hard, with the Path>Stroke Path I can get exact lines. If there’s a way to do this please let me know.

Thanks!

I have no idea what that means, sorry. Can you post an image of what you mean and tell us the link?

Shadrach, check the brush palette, under brush tip shape and set the spacing high. Then click on shape dynamics and look at the angle jitter and make sure it is set to zero. Open the menu under the shape jitter slider and choose direction. Hope this is what you are looking for.
