I suspect it may be in CS3.

CS3.1
Because CS3 will still have some bugs :)
I suspect...

A couple weeks ago my Version Cue software downloaded updates for: Illustrator 12.0.1
InDesign 4.0.1
Acrobat Professional 7.0.5
Bridge 1.0.1.46(93774)
Photoshop and ImageReady remain at 9.0
GoLive remains at 8.0
That kind of surprises me a bit. I would have figured Photoshop would get the first maintenance updates.

I don't understand the Adobe Updater. It says I am up to date, but I see there is a version of bridge posted in the downloads area since mid July.

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=2969>
It says...
Adobe Bridge 1.0.2 update
The Adobe® Bridge 1.0.2 update delivers overall improved stability and performance. This update is recommended for all Adobe Bridge customers.
Why wouldn't the Adobe Updater pick this up? Why do we have to sleuth it out separately?

The updater sucks.

It is things like this, going uncorrected for months, that make you disbelieve anything that Adobe says.
As far as I know, if you didn't read about this very important update in this, or another, forum you just wouldn't know about it.
Same goes for conflicting advice from official Adobe sources on video memory requirements, etc, etc.

The updater and Bridge have a conflict, and they're working on it. That's why the Bridge forum has notices about the 1.0.2 updater all over it.

Thanks for the notice here about Bridge (I haven't done much lurking in the Bridge forum). I had to manually download Bridge 1.0.2.109 (95798) since it didn't show up in my Version Cue thingie. Also downloaded the new GoLive 8.0.1 update.
But there's also an odd thing. When I hit the check for updates option in Bridge, it listed updates I already downloaded for Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, etc.
I guess Version Cue itself needs an update.

When I use the burn tool I'm seeing a several second lag from when I do a brush stroke, and when I see the burn effect on the image.
Is this because of the re-draw issue?
