I´m working with photoshop in spanish but i need to change the language to english…is this possible and if so, how do i go about it ?

It’s trivial I guess but still: Edit > Prefrences > General > Application language.

If I’m not wrong, this only applies to Bridge.

I have PS7ME (Middle East Version).

With normal Photoshop you cannot change the language of the interface. If you acquired the program legally, you can contact Adobe Customer service to see how to get a transfer of your license to an English version.
