I just installed Photoshop Album and was amazed as to how easy and intuitive the application runs. I have one minor problem though:

When viewing an image in FULL VIEW, as I step thru my pictures, using my arrow keys, the upcoming image comes in at first pixellated (may not be technical correct word) and then within about .5 sec or so it sharpens and displays correctly and sharply.

When I first downloaded the trial version I did not notice that problem which is very annoying and hard on the eyes. Is this the way Photoshop works ?

Also in the trial version there were 4 buttons for the sizing of the thumbnails, in the store bought version there is only a slide. I hate that thing, because as I switch from full view mode back to thumbnails, I never get the same size thumbnails back. Is that normal ?
