Photoshop fonts question…

I have a quick Photoshop question. I have an iMac G4 (10.3.4 768MB). I have Photoshop CS loaded on both. I just recently bought "Mac Fonts" from MacXWare. It has like 1000 new fonts. All of my other program recognize all 1000 new fonts: Word, PowerPoint, and even Illustrator CS, Go Live CS, and InDesign CS. But for some reason Photoshop CS only recognizes the first 700 or so and does not show the final 300 in the fonts menu.

Is this normal or is there a way to get Photoshop CS to show all of the fonts within the font menu?

Thanks for any help!

This is a very common question here. Do a search on the key words font limit.

You’ll get many hits like the thread (CLICK ON IT):

You need a font management utility so you can activate just a few fonts at a time.
