photoshop font changing question

Hey Photoshop Gurus,

I was recently been handed a photoshop document with *many* layers, and told to make several adjustments to different things. One of the adjustments is to change all the fonts to Microsoft Sans Serif. There are just over a hundred or so layers with text in different fonts, many of them in folder sets. Is there a quick way I can change all of the fonts to Microsoft Sans Serif?
