Exporting "Feathered" photo to Print Shop

Has anyone done this successfully? If so, please let me know the steps you used! I get as far as "copy", open Print Shop and the notecard, hit "paste" and up comes, not my feathered photo, but simply a set of edge demarkations and no photo!!!! Every so often, mysteriously, the process actually works, but then the next time on a new photo, it’s back to the demarkation lines! Thanks so much whoever has figured this out! Betsy

Print Shop? This is the Elements forum, so unless someone just happens to be familiar with that software, you might want to see if you can find another users group and post there.
