I have a picture of a fish. I would like to isolate the fish and blacken the background. I tried blackening the background by using the paintbrush but when I printed I got black streaks. Is there a way to do this?

Randy, another way; use a selection tool like the lasso tool and make a selection around your fish>select inverse>fill>black. The streaks on your print could be the print heads need cleaning or aligning as well.
