Configuring Filters?

I have recently loaded a number of filters and would like to categorize them by their purpose, i.e., gradients, 3ds, noise, etc. Is there a way to identify a category of filters similar to the default filters received with
Photoshop7? These filters are from a variety of developers.

I would like to create a "Gradient" category and add all of the gradient filters to this single category.
