Uninstalling Plugins

I have installed demo versions of filter plugins for Nik Abstract Efex Pro 1.0 and Nik Color Efex Pro 1.0 but I cannot figure out how to unistall these plugins from Photoshop 7.0.

Go to the plugins folder and delete them.
