Templates in Photoshop

I got a website template, which proivided a html version and .psd (photoshop) version of the website. If you open the .psd in Photoshop and change some things, how do you export it into html (ie. with an index.html file and a images folder)? Or what are you meant to do with the .psd file? Anybody able to help?

Use Imageready- hopefully your template is already sliced, otherwise you’ll need to slice it up. Imageready will save the images and html for you.

I tried that, but it didn’t turn it into anything like the HTML that was originaly provided. Could you maybe guide me through it, maybe I did it wrong.
