Hello everybody…

I have just a little question…
On photoshop element 4, could it be possible to regulate saturation separately on 6 colors like the CS tool ?

Yes. Type ctrl-U and use the drop down list in the Hue/Sat tool to modify the saturation separately for each color. This works as an adjustment layer also.
