Can anyone gimme some detailed description on the "Different between Opacity & Fill" which are in the Layers palette?

Opacity affects the opacity of the whole layer. Fill Opacity affects things like the opacity of a fill on a Shape or the opacity of an object without affecting its Layer Style. Play with it to understand.
