Rotate keys

When you use Transform > Rotate the arrow keys will nudge the selection, but are there any keys that will rotate? Or is that mouse-only?

when trasforming, there are little entry boxes at the top for rotating and skewing. just put your cursor in there, and use your mouse wheel to go up or down in incriments of 1. if you hold in shift, it will go in incriments of 10

That does what I need (I use the arrow keys instead of the scroll wheel), except I’m hoping to skip the step of clicking in the infobar.
