I have just re-installed Photoshop CS [after restoring computer] in windows XP Home, and when Photoshop opens, the palettes are not movable; everything else seems to work.
I have ‘hidden’ and ‘unhidden’ the palettes, and they are still not movable. I have also tried "Window|Workspace|Reset Palette Locations" to no avail.
All the other windows work and can be dragged normally.
Thanks for any help.
