I am having 2 problems with Bridge CS3 … possibly related: 1) when I try to access Preferences I get a gpf …viz. Bridge is closed with an error.
2) Just recently, all my Favorites disappeared. When I restore the system,
and access Bridge, all my Favorites are there. But when Bridge is closed and then reopened, they are all gone. Similarly, I can label a folder a Favorite but it will only be there until Bridge is closed.
I have so far done the following:
a. restored the system to a date when Bridge was still ok … no change as indicated above.
b. re-installed Photoshop from the CD … no help
I will be grateful if someone has some good suggestions.
