Hi everyone,
I try to install Photoshop 7.0 on a clients Dell notebook Latitude D 800 with win 2000 prof, but after having clicked the setup.exe the hourglass cursor shows for a few seconds and falls back to the normals arrow. No coments – no error hint – nothing. Setup just does not start.
After this I installed Win2000 completely fresh and the same problem occured. Photoshop from the same CD runs on other Win2000 Comps with the same Win servicepacks and updates.
Does anybody know about this problem?
