I want to turn an image BW but then return to RGB mode so I can use the history brush. The way I am doing it now is I change to LAB color delete channels A and B then I have to chagne to grayscale, then to RGB mode again. After that I make a snapshot in the history of the BW image in RGB mode. I then want to go back and color some of the image. But it wont let me. If i click on the original image’s history to return the whole thing to color i can then use the history of the BW image on the color image with the history brush.
Why can’t i go either way??
