I have a few actions I have created and I would like to transfer them to my co-workers computer – I noticed that the option to save actions is available but i can not get that text active…Does anyone have a solution to transfer actions..?

You cannot save individual actions. However you can save sets. They are the folders in which your actions are created. So I would suggest putting all of the actions you would like to export into a folder and save from there.

I mean folder in the actions pallete in photoshop.

Any questions let me know

And a set can contain one action if you want.
I suggest keeping custom actions (and curves, hue/sats, gradients, etc.) in a separate folder(s) that can easily be saved or backed-up if a reinstall becomes necessary.
