I’ve never had an issue with converting from color to grayscale, but in CS, my black halftones look like black and red duotones. They print on the laser fairly well – but looking at those flesh-toned grayscales while I’m working bugs me. My fairly new Multi-sync has been reset to defaults, and I’ve experimented with CS color settings…but can’t seem make an impact.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Holly

(re)run adobe gamma util from the control panel and calibrate your monitor. after that, you can’t change the on monitor settings or you need to recalibrate again.
