Is it possible to change that grey backround colour (the workspace area) in Photoshop on a PC?

Type "F" to enter full screen mode, then use Shift+Paint Bucket to change the color of the image window background to the current foreground color. Press "F" again to change the background to black, and press it a third time to go back to the original mode.

This actually changes the background color of the image window, rather than the program background itself, but it’s the same effect. It is useful if you’re trying to envision how your image will appear on a different background color.

Pick your color. Shift-paint bucket in the grey area.
