Greetings,

I am looking for a software tool that allows one to add words within a bubble (or clouds) to a picture in other to animate a scenario, to bring it alive. I know such tool exists but don’t remember the name.

Photoshop … make a new transaparent layer. Then select the custom shape tool. Drop down the menu for it in the upper tool bar and choose a words "balloon". Now make another new layer and type the words. Enjoy;
