"load texture" not an option in CS

When I use the texturizer, I’m limited to the few presets. There is no place to opt to load textures from other Adobe products. What now? PS 7 had the option. Where has it gone?

To the right of the texture dropdown where you select burlap, canvas, etc. there is a small arrow, click on it.
