Hi,

I’ve had this problem with PS 7 for months. The top portion of the image browser window is cut off and is hiding under the main PS window. I can’t move the browser downward or see any of the files at the top of the window.

Is this a PS bug, or is there a way to prevent this from happening all the time? It’s running under W2K

Thanks.

Have you applied the 7.0.1 update? If not, please do so and return if the problem is still there.

I have been experiencing this same problem using Windows ME. I have installed the 7.0.1 update as well as reset palette locations. Neither attempt at a fix has eliminated the problem for me.

DBS and Murray:

Next thing to try is rest prefs [see FAQ].

no prefs reset needed, per answer in murry’s post, make sure you’re in 1024 or better THEN reset palette locations!
