Lost all my Fonts

I was working on something and I got a message that said "Font replacement will occur" or something along those lines. I didn’t think much of it until I checked to see that I only have about 7 fonts now.

Can I get my fonts back?

I was planning on re-installing Photoshop today, but after I started my computer this morning, my fonts are there now. Thanks though.
