I’ve noticed that occasionally when I open up a file that I’ve worked on previously in Photoshop I’ll receive a message stating that Photoshop cannot locate the fonts used in the image. Since all my images were created locally, there should be no reason for missing fonts. I’ll go look at my font list within Photoshop and sometimes I’ll have about half of my normal 700 or so fonts, and sometimes I’ll have about 60 or so generic fonts.
Restarting the computer has always resolved the issue, but is there a reason this is occuring? Is there any way to avoid it? It’s an annoyance.
